My path into psychotherapy began with a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. Since then, I’ve worked with everyone from high-performing professionals facing immense pressure to families navigating complex dynamics.
Along the way, I’ve gained specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused care as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and relationship counseling, drawing insights from leading experts like Ester Perel and Dr.Ellyn Bader.
What drives me is a straightforward, holistic approach that looks at the mind, body, and spirit together. Whether you're dealing with stress, relationship issues, or personal challenges, I’m here to offer practical strategies and support backed by over 40 years of experience.
